Tool limitations

Tools are provided to help prepare image and document files in a browser. Results can vary with the original file, browser, device, format, and selected settings. You are responsible for checking the final output before using it.

Document and photo requirements

MyDocReady does not set the requirements for an application, document, or photograph. You are responsible for verifying current requirements with the organization accepting your file. Use of the tools does not guarantee acceptance.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to make tools and guides useful and accurate, but they are provided without a promise that they will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. We may modify, suspend, or remove site features as needed.

Intellectual property

The site’s original content, design, and code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in files you select for local processing. Do not copy or reuse site materials beyond what applicable law permits without permission.

Third-party services

If third-party services are introduced, their separate terms and privacy notices may apply. The current tool functionality does not require a third-party file-processing service.
