Summary

The image and PDF tools currently process files in your browser. The application has no file-upload API route and selected images are not sent to a MyDocReady server by the tools.

Files you select

When you choose an image, the browser uses it locally to create a preview or output file. The file remains on your device unless you choose to download the result. Browser memory may hold a temporary copy while a tool is open.

Site data, analytics, and cookies

The current site code does not intentionally include analytics software, advertising code, or tracking cookies. We do not currently display Google AdSense advertisements. If analytics, advertising, a form provider, or other third-party service is added, this policy will be updated before or when it is deployed.

Hosting and standard requests

Like most websites, the hosting provider may process standard technical request information needed to deliver pages, such as IP address, browser details, and request time. The exact handling depends on the hosting provider selected for deployment. Review that provider’s policy when the site is deployed.

Contact

The Contact Us form sends the name, email address, subject, and message to a MyDocReady server endpoint, which passes it to the configured Gmail inbox. Message contents are not stored by the site after delivery. Gmail processes delivery under its own privacy terms. Do not include sensitive document images through this channel.

Children and sensitive documents

This site is not designed to collect personal information from children. Because document images can contain sensitive information, use a trusted device and make sure you understand the receiving organization’s own secure submission process.

We may update this page when the implementation, services, or applicable practices change. The current version is the one published on this page.
