MyDocReady

Editorial Policy

MyDocReady publishes practical guidance to help people prepare photos and documents. This policy explains the standards behind that guidance.

Purpose of our content

Guides are created to help users complete real preparation tasks, such as understanding file size, making a document image clearer, or putting image pages into a PDF. Content is intended to support the tools, not to create pages solely for search traffic.

Clarity and usefulness

We aim to use plain language, explain practical steps, include limitations, and avoid padding articles with repeated phrases. A guide should make a task easier to understand without pretending that every application works the same way.

Factual requirements

When a guide refers to a specific organization’s requirement, it should identify that organization and use an authoritative current source where applicable. We do not present one authority’s rules as universal. Readers should verify current instructions before submitting an application.

Review and updates

Guides are reviewed for clarity and alignment with the tool’s actual behavior. If a requirement or implementation changes, relevant content should be corrected. Content may be revised when users report an error or a source changes.

No unsupported claims

We do not intentionally publish invented statistics, credentials, testimonials, government affiliations, guaranteed approval claims, or unsupported statements about why applications are rejected.

Report an issue

Use the Contact page to report a suspected error or unclear statement. Include the page and enough detail to locate the issue. Do not include sensitive documents or personal information.
